From your shipment confirmation email: For orders shipped within the United Kingdom, simply click on the "Track Package" button within your Shipment Confirmation email.
If you did not receive a Shipment Confirmation email or have opted not to receive emails from Kehnobi, you can use the alternate options below:
From your dashboard: Sign into your account, proceed to orders and find tracking information by selecting your desired order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? With our Standard Delivery method, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an Order Confirmation email within 30 minutes after placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
