You may cancel or return your products at any time up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. However, unless they are defective we cannot accept returns of custom products, or any products that have been washed or worn. We also cannot accept returns on undergarments, unless defective.
The right to cancel your order starts from the moment you place your order and does not end until 14 days after purchase or 28 days after dispatch.
If you wish to exchange your garment for any reason, you must send your original purchase back in perfect saleable condition using the instructions below.
If you want to request a full or partial return of your order, proceed to the Orders page in your Profile. In the right bottom corner of the order details page, below the Total, click on the RETURN ORDER link. You will be redirected to the Return Tickets page.
Please provide a reason for the return and submit it. We will respond to your request usually within 1 business day. We will then proceed with your return request, or if we require more information to process the request, a member of our support team will contact you, by email or phone.
